@Stunner: Thank you for your honest words. Mandy Provan from Johannesburg, South AfricaCool portrait. I like the exposure and the pose. I like the choice of background too. Perhaps this is why Stunner says it's too exposed......because of the contrast between the light background and his darker skin tone?? I think you'd lose too much detail in his face if you made it darker. 6 May 2009 6:49am @Mandy Provan: Thanks for visiting! I will be shooting my first wedding this weekend, any words of advise before i do it? chrissy from uk, United Kingdomnice portrait, I also like the choice of background 6 May 2009 7:15am @chrissy: Thank you for visiting! Bhong from Muntinlupa, Philippinesmost of his face are in shadows becoz of the position of the light..a reflector will add a lift to his face. try shooting it when the light source is from an angle.. nice use of background.. 6 May 2009 7:48am @Bhong: Thank you so much Bhong @amirreza: Thanks! xavier cardell from menorca-barcelona, SpainGood composition, the background is excellent. Good pose of the model also, but may be the sun too high and shinny? 6 May 2009 9:28am @xavier cardell: I cannot remember where the sun was at the time, but i think you have a point. Godo from Barcelona, SpainNice portrait, Rags 6 May 2009 9:41am @Godo: Godo, i really thank you for taking the time to tell me what you really think of the image. Thanks a lot and please, please don't be afraid to keep on giving me your wonderful feedback. @Stef67: Thanks! @Amir: Amir, thank you for those words, they mean a lot to me. MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomI love it and even though the background is light, none of the detail of the wood grain has been lost. So I wouldn't say that it is over exposed :) A Wonderful portrait. 6 May 2009 2:20pm @MaryB: Thanks maryB, your visits are always appreciated. Rosa from V.N.Gaia, PortugalI like the combination between the lines of the background and the lines of the polo shirt :) 6 May 2009 2:59pm @Rosa: Thank you for visiting. Lorraine from Gatineau, CanadaI would not change a thing, you would lose the quality of this intense portrait...it's wonderful, always follow your instinct ;) 6 May 2009 4:41pm @Lorraine: Thanks for being really encouraging. Ginnie from Atlanta, Georgia, United StatesWhere do you find all your gorgeous people, Kanyi?! :) 6 May 2009 5:23pm @Ginnie: Most of them are family and friends. I rarely walk up to strangers and ask to take pics of them. @Acosta Redon: Thank you very much. Celeb from Madrid, SpainI think you had a very hard light... It seems a good place to take one more in other light conditions. 7 May 2009 7:57pm Rabbit from Richmond, United StatesHe is very handsome.
