I agree with Dang. Pick the ones that express what you wanted to express. I would only also suggest that you pick images that show versatility and flexibility if your goal is to get work.

Brilliant blue and the bokeh gives a nice effect.

A portfolio is like a shop window, no matter what you put on display some people will admire while others walk by. If YOU like it put it in :D
