Bungee Jumping noun
1. The sport or recreation in which a person jumps from a height with strong rubber ropes or cables attached to their ankles to ensure that they bounce up before they reach the ground.
Etymology: 1980s: from slang bungie or bungy india-rubber. ref
whoo hoo...this is one of the activities i will never have the guts to try....the effect really enhance the nature of the activity,lol
