Bron from Canberra, AustraliaI like the contrasts of tone and pattern in this one Rags 20 Sep 2007 7:33am Organik from AustraliaThis is an interesting piece of artwork Rags. A great capture. :) I wanted to ask, how are you going with the digital and do you like it? 20 Sep 2007 7:47am rainsocks from Singaporehaha... almost like real! Or is it real? :-) Great shot! 20 Sep 2007 7:58am Mandy Provan from Johannesburg, South AfricaAaah, lovely Rags....we have these here in SA too.......they were very popular a few years back, but their popularity has waned over the past few years. I like the texture of the wall behind it, it really makes it stand out more. 20 Sep 2007 12:23pm Katie from Nashville for now..., United StatesGreat shot! I have to agree with the others about the textures here...I like the differences in them. 20 Sep 2007 2:26pm Mauro from Brussels, BelgiumMaybe it's my (un)calibrated screen but I find that the lizard doesn't stand out enough from the wall. Seems to me that contrast should be higher. I think a harder natural light (creating strong linear shadows) would have marked the structure of the bricks even more and automatically contrast with the curvy shaped lizard. cheers 20 Sep 2007 2:42pm Julio Pulido from Barcelona, SpainCurioso, yo tengo el mismo animal en el jardín de casa, aquí en mi país les llamanos Dracs. 20 Sep 2007 5:32pm Rebecca from Leicester, United KingdomWhoa, certainly doesn’t look like 'he' is gonna fall off anytime soon!! *-) Well spotted and deftly captured, Rags! 20 Sep 2007 10:01pm Stunner from Kingston, JamaicaNice composition and the textures and shades of brown are great! 21 Sep 2007 1:55am Hans from Heiligeneich, Austriai agree with mauro 21 Sep 2007 2:21pm Eleftheria, 9 years old, from Athens, GreeceWhat a strange animal but interesting shot! 24 Sep 2007 9:10pm |
