@Josef Renklint: It was meant to be an entertainment center. The maker of this place had big plans for it, but i am guessing that he did not find the funds he needed to develop it, so he put it up for sale.
@Katie: It was an entertainment center that was beside I35 on the way to San Antonio. It went out of business mainly because they built a highway right above it. p/s Thanks for the card!
